Welcome to Nitra. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.nitra.in (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these Terms, "Nitra", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Nitra Fine Silver Jewellery, based in Hyderabad, India. "You" and "your" refer to the user or customer accessing the Site.

1. Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Nitra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

3. Products & Pricing

We make every effort to display our products and their colours, finishes, and dimensions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and the handcrafted nature of silver jewellery. These variations are not considered defects.

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Nitra reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, or product availability at any time without prior notice. In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, Nitra reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, it is treated as an offer to purchase the product. An order is confirmed only after we accept it and send you a confirmation by email or SMS. Nitra reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or non-serviceable delivery locations.

5. Payments

We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and select Buy-Now-Pay-Later partners as listed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. Nitra does not store your full payment credentials.

6. Product Authenticity

Every Nitra piece is crafted in 92.5 sterling silver (or as specifically stated on the product page) and undergoes quality checks before dispatch. Each order is shipped with an authenticity card or hallmark certification, where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, logos, graphics, and the "Nitra" name and brand — is the property of Nitra Fine Silver Jewellery and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape or copy content, post defamatory or offensive material, or interfere with the experience of other users. Nitra reserves the right to take legal action against any such conduct.

9. Reviews & User-Generated Content

If you submit a product review, comment, photo, or other content to the Site, you grant Nitra a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm that any content you submit is your original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nitra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Nitra, its founders, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

12. Force Majeure

Nitra shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, riots, government actions, courier disruptions, or technical failures.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

14. Changes to These Terms

Nitra reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
